About Tilly

From a young age, the kitchen became my sanctuary. At just 8 years old, while other kids were playing outside, I was busy teaching myself how to cook and bake. With both of my parents working long hours, I took it upon myself to create meals and treats for our family, finding joy and comfort in every recipe I tried.

Though I pursued advanced degrees in the humanities, baking was always my true passion. I often dreamed of one day turning that passion into something more—a bakery of my own where I could share my love for homemade treats with others.

In the holiday season of 2023, I took the leap and started my small, made-to-order bakery, Tilly’s Today. Operating from my home kitchen, I obtained my cottage kitchen certification, allowing me to sell my baked goods to the public. Each item is handcrafted with the same love and dedication that I put into my very first recipes, now shared with a wider community.
